GAMEPLAN. is a UK-based performance, media and technology agency in London. Tom and Magda met running performance for category-leading brands. Both already had companies. Both were already shipping work for names most agencies can't get a meeting with.
By 2025 the duplication across five brands cost more than it returned. Clients kept buying multiple practices at once. The market wanted one number, one contract, one accountable team. Running five businesses was the slow way to build one group.
So we consolidated. One brand. One P&L. One scoreboard.

Tom builds a performance boutique specialising in Google and Microsoft Ads. Retail, D2C, subscription. The foundation.

Magda co-builds an eye-tracking technology stack for creative diagnostics and incrementality. One of the only independent UK measurement stacks at this depth.

Magda launches drinktoday.co.uk, an in-house DTC juice brand. Proof of method. The group runs its own playbook on its own P&L.
