Heavy on Meta, light on search and missing Microsoft. We rebuilt the paid stack in ninety days, ported value based bidding to Google and added a clean second channel.
Revive Collagen was growing on Meta but the account leaned on one channel, search was underbuilt and Microsoft was absent. Blended return sat at 1.7x and cost per customer had drifted to £38. The brief was to hold spend efficient while opening new demand, measured on contribution and subscription lifetime value rather than first order.
We treated the account as one system rather than a set of channels. First we rebuilt measurement on first-party customer value with server-side tracking, so the platforms optimised toward profitable customers. Then we rebuilt Google PMax on that value signal, launched Microsoft as a parallel channel and restructured Meta prospecting around fresh audiences. The result was a stack where each channel earned its place.
